INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Alexandria University, with the technical assistance of the Central PPP Unit at the Ministry of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt, wishes to invite private sector participation to enter in a Public Private Partnership for the design, finance, construction, equipping, provision of non clinical and some diagnostic services for two university hospitals and a blood bank in Alexandria, Egypt. The Project is part of the first phase of a program to build new public hospitals through Public Private Partnership.

Interested parties are requested to register by submitting a written Expression of Interest (EOI) at the email/address below within 30 days from the date of this invitation including a brief profile of their company. An information memorandum will then be issued to registered parties. Prequalification and Tendering procedure are scheduled to commence June 2008.
