Project Management Unit (PMU)
AUPMU (Alexandria University Project Management Unit)
On 31/10/1998, the Minister of Higher Education established a committee for developing Higher Education. The committee's mission was to put a strategic plan for developing a High Education System and put a vision of the execution mechanism to accomplish this.
The Alexandria University Projects Management Unit (AUPMU) (Organization Chart) Main Objectives:
- Follow up all development plans of Alexandria University.
- Propose projects for development at the University and its Faculties.
- Review the development of projects and follow up the implementation of these projects.
- Supervise the financial and technical issues of projects.
- Provide funds for developing projects at the University.
